Ketamine assisted psychotherapy is growing in popularity in the UK and there is now becoming a need for psychedelic informed practitioners to offer reliable integration services. This is a skill I am well equipped to offer utilizing somatic techniques as well as psychological re-framing and strengthening spiritual practices.
Psychedelic journey work is most definitely a profound experience but the experience may not always make sense at the time of the treatment. The most important component of healing is the integration work after the medicine journey(s). Integration is translating the experience into the individual's life, which is when the healing really takes place. Integration coaching is a three pronged approach psychological, somatic and spiritual - in other words, mind, body and spirit. One will not function to it's full potential without the other.
Alex has spent years working with plant medicines such as Bufo (5-MeO-DMT ), Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, among other plant medicines to help him overcome issues caused by trauma, addictions and issues caused by mental illness.
Today, Alex works with clients to help with the important integration work necessary to continue healing and growing in mind, body and spirit.
Alex uses breathwork to help remove blockages, trauma and energy stored in the mind and body as well as tailored wellness coaching to further support in the ongoing integration process and help you continue on your healing journey with confidence. You will receive weekly tailored coaching sessions as well as ongoing support throughout the duration of your work.
